Suffolk organisations are saying “enough is enough” and calling for better opportunities for people living in rural areas. Jenny Stockman, chairman of Suffolk Coast Business, has welcomed a report and its focus on the rural economy. She said issues it highlighted, including housing, infrastructure, connectivity and transport, needed better investment in rural areas. “It is very important that the issues outlined by the Rural Coalition are taken seriously and it adds to the rural voices already crying out for the extra investment needed to ensure an equal trading chance,” she added.
