Seetec is working with employers with employers within the New Anglia LEP area to provide an up-skilling service to its employees. This involves assessment within the workplace to allow for a certificated accreditation in a job that you or your employees are already doing.  The aim of this is to provide employers with a skilled workforce, which in turn could allow for progression for the employee and a recognition of what they do. As an employer it’s something to add to your marketing material, highlighting that your workforce is qualified to a high standard.

The criteria: Learners must be in employment, and this employment must be within the New Anglia LEP area.  Most of the assessing will be in the workplace, with an assessor that will visit and observe every 6 weeks. Prior to this, a member of our team will visit to complete an ONA with the employer, and discuss what opportunities are available to them.
